Outrider Herbicide, manufactured by Valent, is an effective water-dispersible granule (WDG) used for selective pre-emergent and post-emergent control of grassy and broadleaf weeds in non-crop lands and sites that might require bare ground vegetation management, such as fence rows.
As a systemic herbicide, it works by absorbing into the plants through the plants' roots and foliage. Once 2 hours have passed after application, this product becomes rainfast to prevent needless retreatments, making it economical.
